This Bus found a great customer who loves it just the way it is and he asked us to do the metal restoration which we had already started. With our client wanting to keep the Bus in a patina style we decided to sandblast the underside, engine, cargo and front floor areas, as well as about 14 inches up the Bus. Then we could see where all the rust was and could order the replacement metal. Once we are done with the metal repair, we will then match the paint from the top half of the Bus to the bottom. This is going to be a fun build, we can’t wait to see it finished.

All blasted, now we are going to start cutting out the rust.

We have completed all the metal work and now our customer will be taking it over from here. He wants to do the body work and paint so we will epoxy primer the areas that are bare metal before shipping the Bus out.
